Jul. 4th, 2004 04:34 pmKiera gets around these days with sort of a mad four-limbed scramble. When she wants to go somewhere fast, she crawls on hands and knees. Babies tend to crawl much better than adults: they do something called cross-crawling, which means that they move their right hand with their left knee, then their left hand and their right knee. Kiera is a master of cross-crawling and can crawl very fast when she wants to.
She can also scoot around on her butt. To do this, she uses a foot, a hand, and a knee. She scoots when she wants to carry something in her free hand.
