Oct. 29th, 2004 10:21 pmOkay, I salvaged some paper clips from stories I handed out for critique a couple of months ago. Ready for postage and mailing:
* "Honest Man," to F&SF.
* "Perfection," to Asimov's.
* "When Shlemiel Went to the Stars" (my SFnal Chelm story) to Amazing.
When "Honest Man" comes back, I will probably send it off to Realms; I'll probably try "Perfection" on Ellen Datlow. I have no idea what I'll do with Shlemiel. Trunk it until someone does an anthology of funny Jewish SF stories, maybe.
I also printed out all of Freedom's Apprentice, to go over it one more time before I turn it back in to Anne. I absolutely have to have paper to do this. I may also decide that I really need to take my manuscript and notebook and go to a coffee house or something.
Oh, and on another topic, lest I forget -- a belated WHEEEEEEEEEEEE HURRAY for the Red Sox World Series victory. Ed and I were watching, of course, and scared poor sleepy Kiera when we screamed.
