School again
Aug. 14th, 2007 10:30 pmI finally got the date for the ice cream social where I'm going to find out who Molly's teacher is. It's on Thursday, August 30th, in the afternoon. (It's during the day. These are always during the day, because of teacher contracts.) I mention this because I know there are other parents from this school who read my blog, and I bet they'd also like to know when the event is.
(I called yesterday and the message still said to call back on August 13th. I left a message that was not returned. I called again today and they still were not answering the phone. So, when I passed near the school, I went in to the office and asked in person. It turns out that the reason they were not answering the phones is that they were recarpeting the office. Nonetheless, the big master calendar was lying on a table and the secretary flipped it open and told me the day.)
