naomikritzer...declared today that SHE wanted to dress Kiera.
So I picked out some clothes I thought wouldn't be too hard for Molly to get on her, took off Kiear's PJs and changed her diaper, then handed the naked-but-for-the-diaper toddler over to her four-year-old sister's custody to see what would happen. Then I removed myself from the room so I wouldn't be tempted to interfere. I was within earshot so I figured that if Molly started hurting Kiera trying to get the shirt on, or something, I could hustle back on in.
Kiera is now fully dressed except for shoes, which Molly had to fetch from downstairs to put on her. (She brought up the sparkly mary janes.)
I am truly impressed. I am also wondering why the heck Molly can't get HERSELF dressed with this sort of prompt, dedicated efficiency?
