Wyrdsmiths anthology

I mentioned a few months back that my writers' group put together an anthology (New Wyrd) which we gave out at our party at Wiscon. It's now available for order from Dreamhaven Books. (If that link doesn't work for you, go here and search for New Wyrd.)

My story in the anthology, "Masks," is set in the same world as Fires of the Faithful and Turning the Storm. We got reviewed by Michael Levy for the journal of the Science Fiction Research Association; you can read excerpts of his review at the Wyrdsmiths blog (that's a link directly to the review, so you won't run into any book spoilers if you click.) Gratifyingly enough, he really liked "Masks."

Keep writing

I'm reading your first "Freedom" book. It's very good. And so I thought I would tell you that you should keep writing. I'm sure you ARE writing, but sometimes the whole world seems to work at discouraging writers, and so I thought I would tell you: You ought to keep writing. One more voice telling you that you're GOOD at this, okay? :-) One more person who will be buying your books.

Just thought you'd like to know.
