Hey Minneapolis parent types

I got a freelancing gig writing text messages about cool places to take your kids in Minneapolis. It's currently free, though at some point they're going to have to start charging for something. (They may not ever charge for this channel. If they do, it'll be something like $2/month. And it's currently in the pilot phase, so they're not going to be charging for anything for a while.) If you sign up, you'll get 3 messages per week about interesting events, places to go, etc.
Last week, if you're wondering, I told people about Edinborough Park in Edina, about a toddler dance party at Windom South community center, and how to register for family open swim at Dowling School, which has a warm therapeutic pool (and is also kind of neat in a "built by the WPA" sort of way).
To register for the service, go to http://www.80108.com. You won't get ads or spam, just the stuff you sign up for. Channels are also available in other cities for other things that people might be interested in. For example, you could go to the Boston section and sign up for the "Yankees Suck" channel -- you know you want to.
