It's been doing that to me all weekend. It posts as soon as I tell it to try again, but flat out refuses first try. Stop being evil!

Do you read the homepage? They're having some sort of issues where they took down a whole bunch of blogs due to questionable content, some of which shouldn't have been removed. Maybe that's the problem.

Hmm. Plenty of my other LJ friends are getting long posts up no problem. I suspect this may be a problem for some users, but not others? I haven't come across any other complaints about this.
