I think I'm having a little trouble getting the hang of this blogging thing. I started off talking about writing and then meandered into random complaints about produce quality. Which would be okay, I guess, except that I should probably mention that the produce stand closes at 6 p.m. so it's not like you can get yourself some good peaches before my reading. You'd have to come an hour and a half early, buy peaches, then find dinner somewhere -- I guess you could go to Crystal Garden, in the Minnehaha Mall right up next to Hiawatha, which sells acceptable-suburban Chinese food -- and THEN come to my reading. Or I guess you could take your peaches down to Minnehaha Falls and have a dinner entirely of peaches before walking back over for coffee and my reading.
